Returns and Exchanges
Since A to Z Stores is offering custom made products, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the custom product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
10-Day Postmarked Return: Standard items may be returned for a full price refund minus freight cost plus a minimum of 25% restocking fee.
Products that are custom-made to customer's specifications cannot be returned, ie: special-order sizes, finishes, colors, etc.
Freight damaged shipments must be handled via freight claim (see Freight Policy).
Once an order is placed, the customer has 48 business hours to cancel the order on stock units. This doesn't apply to rush orders. Once the cancellation deadline has passed, and the order is processed, the order can only be canceled if the factory has not shipped your order on stock items. In the case of custom-built products, we cannot cancel the order. Please call with any questions. 888-767-7006. Note: In the case of orders that have already been processed, a cancellation fee of 20% of the subtotal may apply to the order.
